"Scott has handled our rental home for the past 5 years. He has an amazing ability to get us the best work for the best price on a property that we no longer live in the vicinity of. He has been INVALUABLE. He negotiates fairly and objectively. He is professional in every aspect and pays attention to all the millions of details. He handles even the most uncomfortable situations w diplomacy and grace. We shall always be grateful and would not dream of going anywhere else for our real estate needs."
"Our family wants to convey to you, your office, and your entire organization how pleased we are with the service Scott Campbell provided throughout our recent relocation to Southern California from the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. The cross-country move, prompted by a work transfer, required my family to move within 120 days to report to my new post of duty.
Even before meeting him in person, Scott made me feel at ease with his knowledge of the region and attentiveness to what my family needs and preferences were. He was responsive to my multiple channels of communication and made himself available throughout each step of the process.
We began a hectic ten-day house-hunting trip in late June, which was not contained to one neighborhood or region in the Dan Fernando Valley. We looked at homes from Calabasas to La Canada Flintridge to South Pasadena and all areas in between along the Highway 101 corridor. We were open to a broad range of purchase options during our relocation, which we realize was not an easy factor to overcome for someone in Scott's role. He provided outstanding logistics allowing us an opportunity to see every home we designated as a maybe or favorite in the HSC database.
Scott provided clear feedback throughout the process and helped manage our expectations as we delved into potentially and then actually submitting offers on various properties. My wife and I are both working professionals and appreciated having his knowledge at our disposal. I cannot imagine surviving this process without having an experienced advocate like Scott.
We closed on Friday August 1, 2014 and will record tomorrow. We've moved across country three times now, (FL to CA - CA to MD - MD to CA) and it doesn't get easier as your family grows and ages. We feel very fortunate to have had Scott assist us in this process. He necessarily wore dozens of hats in his experience with us and strikes the ideal balance of making clients feel at ease while remaining professional."
