YOUR MAMA’S NOTES: According to tireless real estate yenta Yolanda Yakketyyak 25-year old pretty and blond “Pretty Little Liars” star Ashley Benson has quietly, via trust, coughed up a very grown up $4.15 million for mock-Med mini-mansion in Beverly Hills. Miss Benson, who got her start as a child model before she landed as a teenager on the daytime soap opera “Days of Our Lives,” has been much in the celebrity news lately. Last week the “Spring Breakers” actress, who co-stars in the upcoming coming of age comedy “Chronically Metropolitan” with Mary Louise Parker, sparked a righteous wave of internet outrage after she posted on Instagram and then apologized for a photo of herself in a silly, sexed-up “Cecil the Lion” Halloween costume and this morning celebrity gossip glossies are all in a dither because she may or may not be romantically involved with 20-year-old “The Fault In Our Stars” star Nat Wolff with whom she was photographed over the weekend holding hands in New York City.

Miss Benson’s newly acquired mini-manse in the 90210 — a faux-quoined mock-Mediterranean with four bedrooms and four bathrooms in 6,131-square feet per online marketing materials — was built in 2006 on a tiny lane above Coldwater Canyon lined with half of a dozen other elaborately embellished and, by some snobbish standards, architecturally specious macmansions. Inlaid limestone and glossy, dark chocolate-colored hardwood floors run throughout the residence that includes a foyer that’s sure to impress the pizza delivery man with its elegantly curved, wrought iron railed staircase. A roomy formal living room offers a limestone-faced gas fireplace and Juliet balcony and a barrel-vaulted gallery runs from the foyer past the formal dining room to a column-accented family room that connects through a wide archway to an unconventionally shaped and expensively equipped if otherwise perfectly blasé center island kitchen. Upstairs, three guest/family bedrooms and a cave-like media room where one of the walls makes an unfortunate bulging intrusion into the space are joined by a roomy master bedroom with vaulted and beamed ceiling, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, another Juliet balcony, and an entirely beige limestone-slathered bathroom with jetted soaking tub and separate steam shower. The house, which sits sideways on its up-sloped, .45-acre parcel, opens through a series of French doors to an arched loggia that overlooks a sizable terrace, a tiny patch of tree-shaded lawn, and a plunge-sized swimming pool while a tightly balustraded switchback staircase ascends from the pool terrace to a narrow and, let’s be honest, butter beans, essentially useless strip of lawn that tightly girdles the back of the residence.

Although only in her mid-20s, this is not the first multi-million dollar house in Los Angeles purchased by young Miss Benson. In October 2012 the two-time Teen Choice Award winner shelled out $2.2 million for a fully renovated three bedroom and 3.5 bathroom, celeb-pedigreed 1930s French Normandy-style cottage just above the Sunset Strip that was briefly owned in the early 2000s by pop star Kylie Minogue and then later, for about a year and a half in the mid-Aughts, by musician and Eurythymics front man Dave Stewart.
